Unmissable Blue Mountains

Just a short trip from Sydney, the Blue Mountains is a World Heritage-listed wilderness famed for its dramatic sandstone cliff. The area gets its name from the natural blue haze created by the vast eucalyptus forests.

At Blue Mountains Climbing School we can get you rockclimbing on one of the amazing local cliffs or take you into the depths of the local canyons on one of our guided trips but the Blue Mountains is about WAY more than that – the food is amazing, the bushwalking inspirational, there are so many beautiful places to stay and little nooks to find – below are some options and links

See Blue Mountains Tourism for places to stay, play or eat

For the Bar with the best views in the Mountains and open 7 days per week – The Lookout at Echo Point

If you have loved your canyon or climbing trip and are after a bit more exercise – the Grand Canyon Loop at Blackheath is amazing
