What you need:

• Equipment and medication for personal care (Ventolin/EpiPen/hygieneproducts/etc.)
• Comfortable closed shoes, weather appropriate clothing including rainjacket, additional layers for warmth, hair ties for long hair, person drink and snacks.

Meeting Point:

• The final location will be determined by the needs of those attending the trip,however in most instances will be within 20km of Blackheath, NSW 2780
• Own transport required you book we will send you more information about where and when we meet and what to bring

Prerequisites:
